Just tell FormPort Server which types of documents need to be archived, and it will automatically store and catalogue them with no end-user intervention. If your business doesn’t use FormPort Server, end users can still archive any document by simply scanning it on an HP LaserJet MFP with DSS (Digital Sending Software), or they can archive electronic documents using an intuitive web client interface.
