Service - Online Asset Management Program

The online version of Cannon IV's asset management program allows customers to manage their printer assets more effectively. Available exclusively at www.cannon4.com, this powerful web-based application allows customers to record the location of each printer and keep a running log of usage and maintenance. The data is used by Cannon IV and its customers to determine each printer's performance and productivity. Upon completion of the assessment, customers can log on to the Internet to:

• Manage printer assets by location
• Submit and view open service requests
• View printer service and repair history
• Request printer service (customer definable approval process)
